Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program initially began in 2001 as an internship program. The mission of the program is
to “invest in and develop future leaders for Heart to Honduras, the Church and the world” through focusing
on discipleship, servanthood, and community. Over the years many high school and college students
participated in the program and for all of them it was a life changing experience. Although Heart to
Honduras remains committed to investing in and developing young people, there will be no Ambassador
Program in 2011. We are using this time to evaluate how to do this effectively and possibly in a different
way. We encourage all students interested in participating this summer to consider contacting Jenny
Kast; she will be taking teams that will focus on working in orphanages. For more information on this
