Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, already well familiar with Heart to
Honduras' Sister Church Program through a sister church relationship with a church in San Antonio
de Cortes, is now planning to partner with another church in the Honduran capital of Tegucigalpa.
This church, just two years old and already purchasing property for construction of its own worship
center, is one of the newest members of Heart to Honduras' Association of Churches and part of
an umbrella organization established by the ministry for denominationally unaffiliated churches
known as Brazos Abiertos, or "Open Arms." Crossings sent a team to Honduras in spring 2003 to
help raise a tent on the Tegucigalpa church's new building site.
